Complies with AAMA 2603, with a 10-year outdoor warranty for architectural applications.
Excellent Weather Resistance
Low melt viscosity for smooth, uniform films and excellent surface finish.
Scientifically formulated for stable performance under normal storage conditions.
No VOC emissions during application, meeting environmental requirements.
Aluminum: Yellow/green chromate coating per DIN 50939, or chrome-free pretreatment.
Steel: Sand/shot blast to SA 2.5, followed by iron- or zinc-phosphating.
Galvanized Steel: Light sweep blasting, followed by zinc phosphating or chromating.
Stainless Steel: Shot blast for roughening; anchor profile ≤25 μm.
Corona Spray: High transfer efficiency; suitable for standard and large flat parts.
Tribo Spray: No high-voltage field; reduces the Faraday cage effect, ideal for deep grooves and complex parts.
1. Test bend performance before post-forming. Small coating cracks may cause corrosion.
2. Sealants, lubricants, cutting fluids and other auxiliary products in contact with the coating must be pH-neutral and coating-compatible.
3. Validate the recycled powder ratio before use.
4. For sufficient coverage, coating thickness should be 75–110 μm. Bright colors may require greater thickness.
4. For marine, coastal salt-spray exposure or long-term heavy-duty corrosion protection, use the Ailide dual-coat system. Apply E30 epoxy anti-corrosion primer and pre-cure at 200°C for 5 minutes.
5. Apply P05 powder topcoat and fully cure at 200°C for 15 minutes. Check intercoat adhesion to ensure corrosion and weathering protection.
